Boatrip to the Cacao Island and chocolate workshop
Heriberto’s family is a family project called Río Bosque Mágico.
It is a project dedicated to promoting various forms of agroforestry, contrary to the traditional method of slash and burn land. Agroforestry uses technologies to create more diverse, productive, profitable, healthy and ecological sustainable systems, which are very successful especially in the cultivation of cocoa. It is a system in which trees or shrubs are grown around or between crops.
